The phone is finally repaired — several conditions are required to trigger the event: either finish the Cat-Shit quest, trigger Tom’s event at the Hoetel, or have Johnny & Scott meet each other (sorry for older saves), then walk in front of the HOETEL.
Multiple-choice dialogues with Kwedge — depending on your choices, a branching path opens and Kwedge becomes playable.
The HOETEL and its NPCs are now available.
For Kwedge:
Bikini Quest — you must find a bikini for Tiffa; added the NPC Junnie.
