You will start as a male character living with his sister, during a special night you met an older woman which becomes your girlfriend. You also have a friend (which you can choose the gender) which may have hidden intentions towards you. As the story goes on, each of those characters will play a different part in your transformation.

- Back view: You can go to the bathroom and check how your hips, butt, and nails are developing with the treatment.
- Horny level: changed 3 to 10 peppers.

Bathroom UI:
- UI updated with more info about the products you own.
- You can do your nails if you have skills.
- Hair dye won't be removed after using it, but it costs more.

Inventory UI:

Changes:
- Eating candy will lower your horny level by a lot, but you'll lose body.
- Using poppers will increase your horny level by a lot, but you'll lose mind.
- Dreams: You won't be able to have an orgasm while sleeping anymore. There are other ways to avoid going to bed mindless even while locked.
- Studying general topics increases mind by 2. If you're horny it will increase by 1.
- Workout at the gym increase body by 2. If you're horny it will increase by 1.
- DB is now available from the first moment if you're playing with the Cuck Mode off.

Playing games:
- Play a game to lower your horny level and play a game to increase it.
- Play FAP Roulette to increase the MC horny level, while you can play it as a mini-game in real life if you want to.
- Play it for 1, 2 or 3 hours.

Dialogue:
- Sister may give useful tips every morning (evil or good).
- New dialogue changes to daily jobs: Nurse and Housekeeper.

Bugs:
- Fixed a bug where the Sex Shop doesn't show after choosing a relationship with the BF.

New place: The clinic is available in this game for a while, but I thought it was time to adapt it and make it better. When your clothes are gone and your sister wants you to see a doctor, the clinic will be available.
- Trials: Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can improve or decrease your body parts. The old clinic was either too fast or too slow to improve it and the layout was too confusing, I hope it will work better from now on.
- Work as a "Nurse": The new job. You're supposed to be a nurse, but as you're informed, you don't have the knowledge and neither they're looking for a competent professional. It sounds like a good trap.
- Sperm donor: Need more money? Donate your sperm. Can't donate it? Well, the clinic has another job available!

All jobs will have a promotion, this version adds two of them: One for the Nurse and another for the Housekeeper. Those promotions will play a part in future endings.
- Housemaid promotion: Have you been into the basement? And the hallway? What's next? A new career opportunity.
- Nurse promotion: After working a while and developing the right skills, you'll find a new opportunity in a new career. I'm not going to spoil this.

New paths to the story: 4 new stories were added with different results.
- BF date - Costume party: Is your BF a woman? Try to go to the party dressed as a Witch to have a possibility to interact with her. Is he a guy? Go as Wonder Woman to have a date alone with him.
- Closet with GF: Two new dates were added to the Closet. The rich guy offers a different night to spend with you and your GF. A beautiful redhead can't take her eyes off you, what is she up to?

Work and study balance: I've done a few changes to the jobs hours and payment. Every day you'll have a possibility of spending 8 hours to make money and "study" your profession.
Hours working and studying:
- Web design: work 3h, course 4h, study at home 1h
- Housekeeper: work 4h, clean house 4h (you can also increase it with a few sister's tasks)
- Personal: work 3h, course 4h, study at home 1h
- Makeup: work 4h, study 3h, study at home 1h
- Nurse: work 6h (it's the only job which increases the job's skill while working), study at home 2h.

- Web designer: work at home, start as a blogger. You may have a promotion and do something… uh… different.
- Housekeeper: work in Mrs. Stranger’s house, an old lady with a few secrets.
- Personal Trainer: work in the gym, take a shower, help someone with the weights.
- Each time you get a promotion you’ll have to make a decision.

New features at the course
- Each job has a different course. Things to do:
- Web design: improves your jobs skill each class and mind after four classes.
- Housekeeper: do you need a course? Just help your sister at home and go work with that weird old man.
- Personal Trainer: improves your job skill each class and body after four classes.
- Bathroom: Sometimes it’s nice to take a break from everything. But don’t smoke at the bathroom.
- Dare board: You already know this one, don’t you?

New features at the gym
- Gym opens every day. Things to do:
- Workout: Improves body.
- Work: You can make money as a personal trainer (and do other things too).
- Take a shower: You have a great bathroom at home, but nothing like taking a shower in a public bathroom, right?
- Dare board: You already know this one, don’t you?

New features at the park
- You can’t work out in there anymore.
- You can meditate: improves the mind.
- You can eat a pop stickle (it may be weird if you’re horny)
- Work: Mr. Stranger lives in a house near the park, you can be his housekeeper.
- Dare board: You already know this one, don’t you?

New features at the mall/closet
- Items in the stores are now divided by groups.
- Closet: same as above. You’ll auto dress your last clothe.

New settings
- Background: Start with a small advantage in any skill you want.
- Fetish: Don’t like a specific fetish? Remove it from the game. Some haven’t been implanted yet. Some will add parts to the main story while some will add different choices. It’ll be improved it.
- New UI: Cleaner, simpler and better. Bigger images.
- Auto clothes: Remember when you needed to change clothes before doing an action? It’s auto now, but you need set it once in a while for different events or if you want to change your look.

Main quest
- 1st - 4th week: Chat was improved.
- 1st week with the GF: new option added if you want to be more dominant or submissive.
- 2nd week with the GF: if you fail to steal your sister’s panties or forget to wear it when you go visit your GF, you’ll have a nice surprise.
- 3rd week shaving: If you chat with your friend at least once during this entire time, the option to shave at his/her house is now available.
- 4th week with the GF: She’ll give you three tasks to do during the week, if you fail to do one, you’ll have a different path when visiting her. If you want to be a good slave, you should do everything she says.
- If you decide not to talk with your GF during the week, random events will happen on Sunday.
- Sister’s text is more friendly and less aggressive (1st - 4th week).
- 5th week - ???: Auto clothes were fixed for most parts, since there rest of the main quest and other side quest haven’t been re-worked yet, it’s possible there are bugs and conflict with the old code and after this part, the game may be unstable.
